(More customer reviews)The tilt mechanism would not hold up a 16 lb. 20 inch LCD, even though it says it supports up to 30 lbs.The bolt that is supposed to be locked in the factory was failing.Called the company and they sent a replacement mechanism, which was scratched and used.That too failed.I tried to explain this to the woman on the phone but she was very rude, not helpful and very defensive.She tried to tell be I wasn't tightening it properly.I told her I could tork on it for five hours and it wouldn't help because it was the factory bolt that was failing.I can't understand how a company like this can have such crude support and products.It's a pretty simple concept and I didn't expect it to drag on for three weeks.
