(More customer reviews)I purchased the LR1A for mounting a 40" flat screen TV in a bedroom.The mounting options were limited and so I needed a swing-out arm to position the TV for best viewing and the ability to fold it flat when not in use. I also purchsed the VM400S from Sanus as the swing-out arm. The installation instructions were clear. To install this product on your own, you need to be confident about cutting a large hole in a wall and being able to find the wall studs before you do it.A stud finder and a wall board saw are essential. To take maximum advantage of this product, you also need to be able to pull wiring to connect to an AC outlet you can install inside it and pull AV cables for your TV.My installation went very well and I am very pleased with the result.I recommend this in-wall mount to anyone who wants a flush-mount flat screen TV and the ability to use a swing-out arm for flexilble positioning.
