(More customer reviews)I just had this installed yesterday to hang my 50" plasma. I paid an installer to put this up as he knows what he is doing, I certainly do not. Anyway, he had very good things to say about this mount. He says that many mounts people buy are cheap and don't work as well. He said this one is very sturdy, and the tilt mechanism is very good.
As for the tilt mechanism, please note that with the tilt you do have access to your inputs/outputs. A friend of mine has both his plasmas mounted and both are completely fixed, he therefore needs to pay someone to come in and take the tv off if he wants to hook anything else up or needs to swap out cables. This makes that very easy to do.
To me, as long as it stays on the wall it's a good mount, so take it from my installer that this is one of the better mounts!
