(More customer reviews)I recently had to replace a 26" wall mounted HD television.I thought it would be a snap.Take down the old one and move the mounting bracket to the new on.NOT SO FAST.The original TV had VESA compliant mounting screws and they were in a pattern of 100mm x 100mm.Upon unpacking the replacement TV (Toshiba) I found that while VESA compliant the mounting screws were now in a 100mm x 200mm pattern.A little searching while google and I found this Sanus Systems adapter place.A few days after ordering this I had what I needed to get the new TV up on the wall were it belonged.Hope this helps someone else with this situation.
