(More customer reviews)This is a rather unique product. It is a little hard to use as the instructions are not easy to understand. The converter does as advertised. I am a ham radio operator and use this device to give a video display from my amatuer radio to a 15" computer monitor. The converter does produce a tv picture on my monitor, buy you have to run a separate audio cable from your source.
