1) Excellent construction.If a 9.0 quake strikes, your tv will be safe (maybe not your house).
2) Includes a small level (that completely agreed with my 3 foot level) for quick installation.
3) Includes latches for two padlocks (not included).Positioned well (meaning bolt cutters can't access), so if you use them, any burglar will give up on your tv.
4) Overall easy installation.My tv was up in five minutes.Might take 10 if you are mechanically challenged.
