IT NOT ONLY ALLOWS THE TV TO TURN LEFT AND RIGHT IT ALLOWS YOU TO TURN YOUR TV LEFT AND RIGHT AND ALSO EXTEND IT STRAIGHT OUT FROM THE START OF THE WALL DUE TO THE DOUBLE ARM JOINT FUNCTIONALITY. THIS BABY CAN ALSO BE RESTED FLAT AGAINST YOUR WALL IF YOU LACK SPACE. THIS IS THE TYPE OF MOUNT YOU NEVER HAVE TO REPLACE ITS UNIVERSAL AND DOES PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING YOU NEED IT TO DO EXCEPT IT IS NOT OPERATED BY REMOTE CONTROL THAT IS THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE BUT THE REMOTE CONTROL OPERATED WALL MOUNTS DO NOT HAVE ANY WHERE NEAR THE TILT SWIVEL FUNCTIONS AS THIS NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE 5 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE.
