(More customer reviews)I was skeptical about ordering a articulating mount without seeing it in person to make sure it was a quality product that would support my new LCD TV.the price was almost to good to be true! when it arrived (under 5 days including the weekend) I was relieved.the mount is top of the line! very sturdy and heavy-duty metal. the directions on the other hand were pointless! it was 1 page of pictures that didn't have all the parts pictured. they obviously added a mounting bracket so you could mount it on a studded wall (which 90% of people will do) If you are good with putting things together and can understand what you should be trying to do you will be fine. if you need to follow step by step directions you might want to have someone who has mounted a flat screen TV before help you out. I would have no problem giving this a 5 star rating if the directions were better.otherwise this is an incredible unit for the price! this $80 mount is comparable to $400 mounts i've seen in stores and friends houses (suckers!)
