(More customer reviews)When I received the television, for which this was warranty was purchased,it was broken and had to be returned.I called the SquareTrade warranty for clarification as to how the return would affect the warranty.The person I talked was knowledgeable and very helpful.Then when the television was replaced, I was walked through what needed to be done to activate the warranty.The personnel made it easy and were competent, courteous and a pleasure to do business with.
