This item isn't exactly cheap, but if it meant I wouldn't have to buy another thousand dollar TV, it would be worth the investment. Shipping was super-fast and directions were simple and clear (though I recommend having an extra set of hands to help balance it and make sure it's even). Most importantly, it looks great. No one even realizes the protector is there unless I call it out. The clarity is perfect. And sure enough, yesterday I found my daughter slamming a DVD against the screen. My heart skipped a beat until I realized the screen was just fine.
