Thought I'd have a long drawn out process of shipping my TV somewhere or waiting on a repair... instead SquareTrade responded to my claim (made on their website, very easy) the next day and told me they'd reimburse me for the full amount of my television. Just printed the attached affidavit, signed it, scanned it, and e-mailed it back to them. The money was in my paypal account two days later. Best money I've ever spent.
