(More customer reviews)DO NOT TRUST THE BUILT IN LEVEL ON THIS PRODUCT. This product is perfect for the LED TV's because they don't need to be tilted. The problem is that this product comes with a built in level. After my husband mounted it with the 6 giant lag bolts we realized it was not level. He put a real level on the TV and it was off by half a bubble. From 1 side to the other that was about 1/2 inch off. He had to take the mount and TV back off the wall and remount it about an inch higher and this time he used his real level & it was perfect.
I would buy this product again, but I wish someone would have told us that the built in level was off.
