The plastic bag with all the small accessories was ripped open and the bubble level was missing. After installing the bracket on the wall and hanging the TV on it, you are supposed the tighten 2 safety screws to lock the TV in place. To get access to this screws you need a very long (8 inch) Phillipsscrewdriver. I had to go and buy one (Sears, $5). But in the end, the TV looks great on the wall and I am sure it will not fall even in an earthquake.
