(More customer reviews)I have a 30" computer monitor, and the stand it came on was fine, but chewed up a fair bit of desk space. This was the cheapest decent looking arm I could find, and it works just fine. Now I have more space on my desk!
Installation was a little tricky, since the holes the bolts go through are kind of close to the support bracket, but with the help of an extender on my socket wrench, I got it bolted to my wall in no time at all. I tried using the plastic covers that came with it, but couldn't figure out how to route the cable through them without drilling holes, so I just left them off. Since the monitor is against a wall anyway, you can't see what the bracket looks like, so not having the covers on isn't a big deal.
The arm came with fairly loose bolts, so it flopped around a bit until I tightened them. Its been rock solid ever since. There is a little bit of play in the connection between the VESA mount and the arm, but I got it tight enough that the monitor is level, and stays that way even when I move it around (which doesn't happen often).
For $30, this is a great buy! I'd have given it 5 stars if it was a little easier to install, and I could figure out how to use the plastic covers, but I really am very happy with it.
